ICIL Local Debt Collection

Local Debt Collection with I.T Enabled RMS

  • Local Debt Collection is supported by back office IT Enabled Receivable Management System. ICIL Customers can have access to its RMS to watch status of recovery of their stuck up debts.
  • ICIL specialist field collection staff keep in mind that its customer’s customers are important so while approaching for collection, they ensure that business relation of its own customer is protected. ICIL being provider of business information used by banks and corporate entities for credit decision, debtors are careful in dealing with ICIL collection team to avoid their name appearing in ICIL business report as defaulter, fearing credit rejection by banks. ICIL has been providing debt collection to Pakistan’s major gas distribution, power distribution companies. ICIL is exclusive debt collector for one of Pakistan major banks.
  • ICIL field debt collection staff are based in all major industrial and commercial cities of Pakistan, these field staff are supervised by regional LRMS supervisor/manager based in ICIL branch offices.

ICIL Recovery Management System:

ICIL RMS has 3 Modules:

RMS Module 1 is designed for officers, supervisors and management to manage and monitor the recovery cases assigned to ICIL by a client. This is the backend application that is used by Supervisors and management to manage the cases. Its fuctinality includes:

  • Uploading the cases assigned to ICIL by clients.
  • After uploaded the supervisor can then assign the cases to Field Recovery Agents.
  • All activities performed by the Field Recovery Agents are then monitored by the Supervisor through a dashboard MIS in the Portal. The Supervisor based on the progress of the cases can reassign the case to other Recovery Agents.

RMS Module 2 is mobile application that resides on the tablets assigned to the Recovery Agents. Once a case is assigned to the Recovery Agents from the portal by the supervisor it starts to reflect on the particular Recovery Agent’s tablet.

RMS Module 3 This module is meant for the customers to allow them to monitor the results of the visits and give remarks.
