ICIL GPS Based I.T Verification

ICIL I.T Enabled-GPS based verification uses a French designed Tablet and its own developed software to perform individual borrowers identity and his address verification. Verification activities includes direct entry of enquiry by the bank, allocation of enquiries to ICIL field staff, monitoring of field staff activities by bank and ICIL Branch/HO staff, collection of data, GPS of recording of exact location of the address, capturing the picture and signature of the applicant and on-line delivery of the verification report to the bank.

ICIL has been providing verification Service to different banks and to some large multinational companies local affiliates for last 10 years. ICIL has been major provider of Verification service to NBP Karobar Scheme.

ICIL has also been selected as sole provider of Verification Service nationwide for Kamyab Jawan Loan Scheme. ICIL has developed a customize solution to provide high standard service and mitigate associated risks. ICIL solution consists on a unique biometrics enabled tablet, customize android application and a windows based web application for MIS and Application Management.

Process Flow:

  • Inquiries are entered into portal by customer.
  • Inquiries are assigned to relevant branches by system automatically.
  • Branch supervisor assigns inquiry to Field Investigation Officer (FIO) using portal.
  • Inquiry is conducted in field by FIO and completed.
  • After completion inquiry is synced from field using internet. As soon as inquiries are synced they reflect on our portal in real time.
  • Client view and print reports from our portal.
