ICIL has been providing Cross Border Collection of Pakistan exporters export proceeds for over 20 years. ICIL have close business relations and access to global debt collection network of Intrum Justitia, Coface, RMS Inc. who cover most countries of the world. Besides these three Debt Collection companies, ICIL have close working relation with more then 20 Debt Collection Agencies of other countries who are Pakistan trading partners.
In Pakistan, there are three segments of exporters i.e, Large Scale Manufacturer Exporter, Small Scale Manufacturer Exporters and Commercial Exporters. Sizable Pakistan exports mostly by commercial exporters is on consignment/contract basis (without L/C) that too on credit. It is commercial exporter segment whose export proceeds are generally remain stuck up.
Due to global economic integration, every country of the world is facing competition, causing large scale business failures/bankruptcies which is making Pakistan exporters specially commercial exporters to do business riskier day-by-day. - Exporters Signing Annual RMS Subscription. Annual subscription entitles subscriber to have access to ICIL global partners collection network. Subscriber can ship unlimited consignment to any country in the world. At the end of the credit period allowed by exporters to its overseas buyer, subscriber can either extend the credit period or ask ICIL Global partner to collect the stuck up export proceeds.
- Collection is on – No Collection – No Commission basis.
- Rate of commission on success basis is given on the annual RMS subscription Agreement.
